By 1988, he became one of the original owners of Rosewater Construction, where his vision and expertise were instrumental in shaping the company's foundation. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in its development and growth, helping it evolve into a respected name in the industry. Dave’s leadership brings an exceptional level of professionalism to the company, setting a standard rarely seen in the construction world. Tyler, an Owner and Project Manager at Rosewater Construction, is dedicated to upholding and expanding the company’s stellar reputation. He’s focused on forging new client relationships while nurturing and growing the strong connections already established. With a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and Construction Superintendent Certification, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His eight years in the construction industry, including seven with Rosewater Construction, have fueled his commitment to continuous improvement and skill development in every project he undertakes.

Jeff, an Owner, Project Manager, and Superintendent at Rosewater Construction, has been a driving force in the company for the past decade. Following in his father’s footsteps, who led the company for 34 years, Jeff is committed to steering Rosewater Construction toward continued success. Among his many accomplishments, retiring from the military stands out as a proud achievement. With a rapidly expanding knowledge base in both the company and the industry, Jeff is passionate about carrying on the legacy and propelling Rosewater Construction into the future.
